An individual and/or a legal entity may claim an alleged violation of
his or its rights, and especially for infringement of publicity rights
(image, private life, etc.), copyrights or any other rights relating to
trademarks, logos or intellectual property (corporate or commercial names,
etc.), etc.
Without prejudice to any existing copyrights, Maxppp declines all legal
responsibility with regard to any possible claims.
- Maxppp notifies by the present that with regard to news photographs,
and especially those taken in a public place and/or relative to public
life, the agency is not always required to seek the express authorization
of persons entitled to the protection of the aforementioned copyrights.
- In addition, photographs must be used in the context of their captions
and the headings under which they are furnished. Maxppp can in no way
be held responsible for the editorial context in which the photographs
are presented.
- As for documents contained under the heading “Graphics”,
the authors have certified that these documents contain no elements susceptible
of violating third party rights and in no way can Maxppp be held responsible
or liable for any such claimed violation.
